For those seeking business partnerships, Techny has worked with a variety of clients in the past, including custom machine design and automation for customers, electrical controls design assembly, and custom CNC machining services. Our services are hybridized in the mechanical and electrical fields. We are able to integrate automation and controls with machinery designs to achieve our customers desired outcome.

For customers who have a custom automotive tool or machine design they would like manufactured or designed by Techny Precision, please reach out to us so we can discuss your product, technical details, pricing, lot size, and other terms. We work with a large network of distributors and have a strong marketing team across the United States. All customer data is confidential and we sign a confidentialy non-disclosure agreement with all new customers presenting to us design information.

We also work with manufacturing facilities to offer retrofitting existing equipment and custom engineering to improve designs for machines. Such examples include upgrading motor controls to VFD controls for cost savings and speed, torque, and position control, replacements for high failure prone parts such as packaging blades and tooling, and software programming for PLC’s and HMI’s to modify existing equipment controls.

We believe it’s important to network with machine shops and control panel shops to see which shops can handle what workloads and if they are currently overloaded and looking to send some work out or what jobs they can currently take on.

Often times, it’s a matter of getting a large contract or not if a shop cannot produce all parts and goods to a quoted deadline. When seeking shop partners, it’s important to identify those who can complete projects faster or take on complex work either due to either their equipment ability or schedule availibility. It’s also important to have close inter-communications between local shops in order to coordinate their schedules together to meet expected project targets.

We are interested in hearing from machine shops, control panel shops and electrical and electronics equipment builders, software companies for industrial automation, and systems integrators. We have the ability to take on electrical design, software design, and build projects for various Industrial Automation applications.
